HOA Requirements
Several Austin-area HOAs require iron fencing for front-facing property lines. Steiner Ranch, Barton Creek, River Place and Rob Roy all have iron fence requirements for street-visible boundaries. Pool Code Compliance
Austin requires pool enclosures to be at least 48 inches tall with picket spacing no wider than 4 inches.
